KWA Partners is pleased to announce the introduction of Arachnet^TM, a convenient web-based job search engine specially designed by KWA for the use of our pre-management to executive level clients seeking new roles. Primarily a convenience, Arachnet^TM uses widely available and proven web technology with custom-made search functions.

Arachnet^TM uses spider technology to enable clients to use key words to make convenient targeted searches across thousands of corporate, recruiter and other general search sites. Based on development work to date and taking market conditions into account, this engine will identify thousands of new jobs per month on top of a database of openings already open in these market areas. The use of key words cuts through this mass of jobs to those most relevant to your search. Search alerts keep you posted on new developments.

Effective Job Search is Not Web Driven

No search engine on its own is in any way a complete solution for job search. You must still have worked one-on-one with our Consultants to develop a strategic search plan, craft a consistent communication plan and then must use networking to take advantage of the true hidden job market, where over 80% of opportunities are found. Arachnet^TM is a convenient tool for job identification but is not in itself a panacea for a networking-driven job search.
