Janet Wright, MEd

Through one-on-one coaching and group facilitation, Janet supports her clients to create careers they love. She has worked for several national Career Transition Management firms and has been involved in the training and restructuring initiatives of organizations from a variety of industries. She has counselled hundreds of candidates from their initial employment termination interview through to successful job acquisition.
As a business co-owner providing strategic direction and training to corporations, Janet assisted a wide range of employees in building skills for career growth and success.
In addition to her business consulting activities, Janet has worked as an HR Director, a College Instructor, and a University Career Counsellor. Her current volunteer work involves supporting new entrepreneurs in the helping professions.
Janet holds a Masters degree in Adult Education. She is a certified Mediator, a licensed Belief Re-patterning™ practitioner and a designated DISC Behaviour Style and PIAV specialist.
