Ron has guided clients at all levels through all phases of career transition for over ten years. As a career consultant, he takes a creative and individual approach to each client, identifying and building on strengths while working around and through weaker areas. Client coaching is conducted during personal or telephone meetings, via the Internet, or in group sessions. Rapport and empathy are key components of all interactions.
Ron came to the human resources industry from the demanding and rapidly changing world of health services, where he served in a number of senior administrative and planning roles.
He has a BA in Sociology from the University of Calgary, and a Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Alberta.
