Lynn Rock, MSc

With a diverse background in the corporate, education and health care sectors, Lynn’s roles have predominantly involved leadership, research, design and delivery of services, workshop facilitation, and individual coaching and counseling.

A former director of the Edmonton branch of a national firm, Lynn collaboratively provided career transition and organizational renewal consulting services for a number of Canada’s leading organizations. A gifted coach and counselor, she has guided and supported hundreds of individuals through life transitions such as job loss, career renewal, retirement, health loss and the death of a loved one. She has a talent for assisting others in seeing and realizing new possibilities.

Lynn views herself as a lifelong learner. She is a qualified provider of HeartMath, a leading-edge approach to stress management, and has trained with organizational change expert William Bridges. She is also qualified to professionally use and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Lynn holds a MSc in Counseling Psychology and Gerontology from the University of Oregon.
