Sandra offers organizations, leaders and individuals a unique perspective that comes from more than 20 years leading and developing multi-level teams within large organizations. She knows what it is like to be evaluated by one’s contribution to the bottom line. She has seen how positive, progressive people-practices can positively influence organization results. They are not just theories read in a book but experiences lived and lessons learned. All this makes her particularly appreciative of and sensitive to the competing priorities and challenges that the leaders and employees of today and tomorrow face.
Sandra brings this business acumen, organization and interpersonal savvy to her coaching, consulting and facilitation work. Her primary passion is supporting leaders wishing to create more effective, productive and sustainable work environments. Known for her straight talk and sense of humour, Sandra also brings a genuine respect for and interest in all those that she serves and supports.
Sandra has a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University, a certificate in Organization Foundations from Queens University, and a certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Alberta. Sandra is a member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta and the International Coach Federation. She also holds the following professional certifications: Associate Certified Coach, ACC (International Coach Federation); Erickson Certified Professional Coach, ECPC (Erickson International); Certified Human Resource Professional, CHRP.
