Lorraine’s 20-year career as a coach, trainer, seminar leader, and program designer spans a diverse range of industries and includes extensive experience with career planning, employment counseling, and recruitment.
Known for her tact and motivational skills, Lorraine is committed to understanding the impact of personalities on career choices, communication strategies, leadership styles, and team skills. She frequently speaks on topics such as team building, communication, conflict resolution, leadership, negotiation, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Lorraine earned her MEd in Supervision and Staff Development at the University of Calgary. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional and a member of the Human Resources Association of Calgary (HRAC). She is certified for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Emotional Quotient Inventory, True Colors, Birkman First-Look, and Behaviour Description Interviewing.
