Faye has extensive experience in counseling, teaching, management and performance coaching. Over the past 15 years, she has provided support to executives, professionals, technical specialists and industrial workers making career transitions after job loss. She has conducted numerous change management workshops for employees and provided one-to-one coaching to managers and employees experiencing a variety of performance issues.
Her creativity, positive attitude and knowledge of career management strategies have helped her clients plan successful journeys towards new professional and personal ventures. Faye has won two international awards for her work in career development.
Faye has a diploma in Career Development from Concordia University College and a certificate in Adult Education from the University of Alberta. She is currently completing an education degree. Her professional training includes certification in the Leadership Architect Suite® of Tools and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
