For more than 25 years, Prue has assisted organizations with people solutions, and supported employees through career change and goal-setting. Her experience is in both consulting and line management positions, and having worked in the trenches of various organizations, she’s able to offer organizations insight into the practical needs of doing business as well as the dynamics that surround their human asset.
Prior to working with Toombs Inc. in Calgary, Prue was employed as a senior manager in Saskatchewan’s largest independent human resources and organizational consulting firm, where she led the company’s organizational development and transition practice. As well, Prue has provided human resources support and services in a provincial research organization.
She is a certified trainer in frontline leadership skills and holds the designations of Life Skills Coach and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Prue is a past board member for the Saskatoon Human Resources Association.
