As a Search Consultant, Kimberly brings over 15 years experience leading and recruiting people in her various roles. Most recently, Kimberly was a Team Lead, Corporate Employee Communications with the City of Calgary focusing on managing the employee intranet and all employee communication channels utilizing social media and emerging technologies. Prior to that, she was Director, Internal Communications and HR Projects with the University of Calgary, where she specialized in promoting and measuring Health and Wellness campaigns, projects and events.
Kimberly brings considerable energy, creativity and project management skills to this role and excels at engaging clients through her leadership experience, customer service, and delivery of end-results.
Kimberly is a member of the International Association for Business Communicators (IABC), and is an active mentor in the Women Guiding Women Alumnae Network. Kimberly is in the process of completing her Bachelor of Management majoring in Marketing, from Athabasca University.
